For my next round-up, I scoured Amazon for the top-rated Prime-eligible dollhouse kits.
I've had a long-time fascination with dollhouses and miniatures, going back to childhood. There's just something so adorable about anything miniature!
Building your own dollhouse or miniatures set can be such a fun DIY project. You really have to pay attention to detail and it's easy to get lost in the craft and spend hours on it at a time. They can also be a good project to do with an older child for some crafty family bonding time.
Most of the kits do not include glue or batteries (for the kits that have light features) so plan accordingly. Some of them didn't provide information on the scale, but all of the ones that did mention it are 1/24 scale (1/2").

The Fairfield Dollhouse Kit would be a great starter kit, with its classic Victorian style 3-story design.
The Harrison is a big step up in price, but it makes a beautiful Tudor mansion with a secret room.
